Luckily we are able to source an affordable brand of vegan dogfood which we mix with rice & sometimes with local veggies, such as pumpkin or carrots.
All of our dogs love their food and are in great health. So far we’ve fed pregnant and nursing dogs as well as growing puppies and all adult dogs this way.

As an animal sanctuary we are actively trying to reduce as much suffering on this planet as we can, so knowing that noone has to die for our animals food  is a great relief for us.

Side note: We also started up-cycling the foodbags to reduce waste and promote the use of reusable bags at the local market. (See below)
