In the beginning of May we were called to help a temple pup who had gotten hit by a car. She was frightened and in a lot of pain when we arrived. Both her left legs were severely broken. Our loyal supporter and friend Ally came up with the perfect name for our precious new friend: “Takatan” (“grasshopper”🦗 in Thai).
We brought Takatan home, she settled in well and found a new mum in our fierceful longterm-resident Peanut.
She received the care that she needed and was soon back on her feet.
After only 2 months at Pete’s Mission our little Grasshopper got adopted!
Her new home is beautiful and far from busy roads.
And although we’ll miss her, her adoption will allow us to take in another pup in need.
